We’re so glad you’re here! At JSerenity Photography, we want every step of your experience from booking to gallery delivery to feel smooth, stress-free, and personal. This FAQ page is designed to answer some of the most common questions clients have about sessions, preparation, and what to expect. If you don’t see your question here, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help!

1. Where are you located?

Our studio is located in Altamonte Springs, FL near I-4. You will receive address in your confirmation email once session is booked.
2. What is your turnaround time?

7-10 days to receive your proofs & up to 14 days total. Turnaround times may change during busier seasons & will be updated if time restraints occur. Rush edit option is $150 for a 3 day turnaround.
3. I am ready to book! What’s next??

You can select your date & time to reserve your appointment. There is a 50% non-refundable retainer due at time of booking and the remaining balance is due the day of the session. Click here to book date.
4. Do you deliver RAW/unedited photos?

No. Raw and unedited photos will not be delivered. Additional edits are $20 per edit.
5. I need to reschedule my appointment.

Please reach out in a timely manner at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. One courtesy reschedule is allowed. It will be $35 to reschedule if not contacted. No call no shows will be charged in full & another retainer will be required to schedule another session.
6. Can I print my photos?

You have the option to order prints & wall art directly from your gallery. You may also print using a lab of your choice. J. Serenity Photography is not responsible for any images printed through a third party lab. Please ensure your photos are properly resized for prints larger than 16x20.
7. I would like a creative set build. How do I go about that?

Please reach out prior to booking if you are wanting more than a simple backdrop photo session so you can be quoted according to the look you are going for. This may range from $650-$1200.
8. I don't want to include the Cake in the cake smash session.

You may opt out of the cake portion of the Cake Smash Session. The session will still include theme and ONE props. There is not a price difference when opting out.
